Diana ‘found her people’ at the Youth Wellness Centre

Diana Filc thought life would be a constant trying-to-get-by process. Diagnosed with depression and anxiety at age 13, Diana spent much of her life managing her mental health. After going to university and developing a cannabis and alcohol dependency, Diana sought help at Alternatives for Youth and the Youth Wellness Centre. She now serves as an advocate on the Youth Council. Watch as she shares her story.
